Ground Beef and Peas
Ingredients
- 1lb ground beef
- 1 Package (10 oz) frozen peas, unthawed
- 1 Tbsp Lawry's Seasoning Salt (or seasoning of your choice)
- 1 Tbsp ghee
Directions
Step 1 | |
Melt the ghee in a large pan and brown the meat. After the meat is browned, remove the meat and set it off to the side. | |
Step 2 | |
Pour still frozen peas into the still hot pan and allow the heat to defrost them. Cook the peas until they're bright green and tender. | |
Step 3 | |
Add the meat and seasoning, and heat up the mixture. | |
Step 4 | |
Remove from heat and serve. |
