Ground Beef and Peas

Ingredients

  • 1lb ground beef
  • 1 Package (10 oz) frozen peas, unthawed
  • 1 Tbsp Lawry's Seasoning Salt (or seasoning of your choice)
  • 1 Tbsp ghee

Directions

Step 1
Melt the ghee in a large pan and brown the meat. After the meat is browned, remove the meat and set it off to the side.
Step 2
Pour still frozen peas into the still hot pan and allow the heat to defrost them. Cook the peas until they're bright green and tender.
Step 3
Add the meat and seasoning, and heat up the mixture.
Step 4
Remove from heat and serve.
